The Impact of a Training Program on Elevating level of Career Maturity For Grade Ten Female Students in Al-Zahra Suqatria School for Basic Education in North Sharqia Governorate

Abstract

 The aim of this research was to measure the impact of training program on higher level of career maturity for Grade Ten Female Students in AL Zahra ALSuqatria School in North Sharqia Governorate through testing the following hypothesis: There is a statistical significant

difference at level 0,05 between the experimental group and the control group in making vocational decision attributed to the training program, and There is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and their election of subject for the first group of mathematical subjects in the pre and post measurements. Also, there is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and their election for the second group of subjects in the pre and post measurements, and there is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and the suitable environment for them in the June Holand Measurment in the pre and post measurements.

The sample of this research consisted of 52 female students of Grade Ten. Students were randomly assigned into two groups: an experimental group including (26) female students and control group including (26) female students. To examine the research hypothesis, a training program was designed through applying the form of students' election for the grade 11 for post basic education, vocational decision measurement, attribution and ability Measurement for June Holand, and conduct several meetings with the female students. The measurements and the meetings were applied to the experimental group and control group to compare their performance in the pre and post tests. After conducting the training program and the post tests by statical methods, the following results were revealed: There is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the experimental group and the control group in making vocational decision attributed to the training program. In addition, there is a statical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and their election of subject for the first group of mathematical subjects in the pre and post measurements. Moreover, there is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and their election of the second group of subjects in the pre and post measurements.

Besides, there is a statistical significant difference at level 0,05 between the students' election for the vocational specialists and the suitable environment for them in the June Holland measurement in the pre and post measurements. In the light of the results of this research, there are some recommendations as, Ministry of education is advised to benefit from this program through making a special guide for the vocational guidance specialist in schools to apply the training program in the vocaional guidance courses and implementation of the executive plan for ALZahra ALSuqatria School to conduct the training program.
